Some tenants might be surprised to know that their landlord cannot be responsible for insuring their possessions, or that tenants could even be liable for any damage they cause to the landlord’s goods. We can offer insurance cover for tenants to include liability cover for damage to landlord’s property and contents in the home. As a registered broker (no 446396) with the FSA, we can obtain a quote on your behalf.
